NKD Living erythritol is perfectly blended with stevia to increase the sweetness, making it the same sweetness as sugar (1:1). This makes baking with the product easier as it's an exact replacement for sugar, but still contains zero calories and is 100% natural. Stevia is a natural extract taken from the leaves of the stevia plant and contains zero calories. It is extremely sweet being 300-500 times sweeter than sugar.
