WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your delivery. So we can help you as quickly as possible, make sure you have your order number to hand.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

No, we only accept orders via our website online. This ensures we are able to keep costs low and pass these savings on to you through our prices.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay and all major debit and credit cards via shopify payments, including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and Amex.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We will only ship orders that we can ship with UPS, if we're unable to use this courier service for whatever reason, your order will be cancelled & refunded. Contact us for more information! Please note: International shipping fee's are non-refundable. If for any reason the package doesn't make it to the destination due to delays or packages being held in customs etc, we will only refund the cost of the goods, not the shipping costs, please place international orders at your own risk.

WHAT SHIPPING COURIER DO YOU USE?

For Adult Toys we use UPS or ROYAL MAIL. Some items arrive to us first, then we’ll use a UK based courier. If you want confirmation of the courier we'll be using, please drop us an email.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can request a tracking reference number and we’ll email it to you.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Contact us regarding replacement and return. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, the sooner the better, by email. If your package has already been dispatched, then unfortunately we are unable to refund the shipping costs for the dispatched item, only for the cost of the item purchased. These items will also be returned to us at your own expense. If the order is cancelled before the item is dispatched, we can, however, refund the whole order cost.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please see our Refund Policy page for more details as we have strict policies around this area, due to the nature of the products. If you are unable to adhere to these policies, we advise you not to make the purchase.
