WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your delivery or send a replacement.

If you require a refund rather than a replacement please advise when you submit your return request.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

No , we currently only accept orders via the website online. This ensures we are able to keep costs low and pass these savings on to you through our prices.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex.

We also accept payment by Bank Transfer, using your postcode as a reference.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! - We ship worldwide!

 

WHAT SHIPPING COURIER DO YOU USE?

For Adult Toys we use UPS.

For all other items we use Royal Mail for items up to 2kgs and Parcel force for all larger items.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can request a tracking reference number.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for up to 30 days from the date you received itPlease see our Refund Policy page for more details as some products are excluded.
