We always make discretion a primary consideration. As such, we ensure that all parcels leaving the warehouse are plain and nondescript. We also pride ourselves on quick delivery. If Shipped with UPS your parcel will not be delivered to your neighbour's house in your absence, it will be taken to your local UPS access point (ie. convenience store), usually within 5-10 minutes from your delivery address.

Neutral packaging

Feelgoodstore.co.uk ships quickly and anonymously to your address. All our orders are packed in neutral packaging. There is no information on the box that could give away the contents of the parcel.

Delivery address

If shipped with UPS your order is sent to the address you have provided. If no one is home when your order arrives, your parcel will not be left with your neighbour. The parcel service will leave a note and try the next day again. If no one is home to receive the parcel during the second attempt, the recipient will receive another note and the parcel can be picked up from the nearest Post office. A signature is always required when you receive the parcel. We do not send anything by standard mail.

If shipped with Royal Mail, there's a chance it could be left with a neighbour. Please check with us beforehand for courier details before placing an order and we can advise you on the courier we'll use for your order.

Below you can see examples of the outside of our parcels. You also see a picture of a typical address sticker. 

The sticker above is an example of our address sticker. The sender is indicated as ‘Postorder’ and the content as ‘internetbestelling’ (internet order). It also states that the parcel may be delivered only to the address indicated and cannot be delivered to neighbours instead.
