Made by a traditional malting of cereal grains, this amber coloured syrup has a rich, distinctive malty and almost caramel flavour. It provides a good balance of maltose and complex sugars. A great alternative to refined sugar. Use to sweeten your coffee and tea as well as a delicious topping for pancakes, porridge and desserts.
