Chamomile is widely known for its calming properties on the mind and is used in aromatherapy to combat anxiety and soothe frayed nerves. It is also an excellent aid for insomnia. Used on the skin, Chamomile will help to sooth irritated skin caused by exposure to the sun and chapping caused by nappy rash. "
